You lead cross-functional delivery teams, owning plans, controls and verification activities to ensure successful outcomes for defence and government customers. You will manage multiple interdependent changes across infrastructure, software upgrades and cyber-security initiatives, with a focus on robust governance, risk control and stakeholder engagement. You join a hands-on, delivery-led environment that values resilience, clear decision-making and constructive challenge to protect delivery baselines. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li time to recharge with up to 12 flexi-days /li li pension scheme with employer contribution /li li mental health support and financial advice /li li free access to 4,000+ online courses /li li flexible benefits including private healthcare and gym memberships /li li hybrid working options /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead projects and changes across the full lifecycle from mobilisation to closure. /li li Maintain integrated project schedules, baselines, milestones, dependencies and recovery plans. /li li Produce and maintain core artefacts (PM plans, RAID logs, governance packs, progress reports). /li li Coordinate multiple concurrent deliveries with prioritisation across resources and contractual milestones. /li li Identify cross-project risks and dependencies; escalate with evidence and recommendations. /li li Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineering, architecture, security, test, service management) and collaborate with Finance, Commercial, suppliers and customers. /li li Integrate security, accreditation and assurance activities into delivery plans and evidence. /li li Translate contracts and business needs into measurable delivery outcomes and acceptance criteria. /li li Develop and maintain requirements catalogues with end-to-end traceability; drive verification and validation matrices. /li li Create and review test strategies, plans, specifications, scripts and readiness evidence; support test outputs as needed. /li li Plan and control integration, verification, validation, transition and customer acceptance; ensure evidence is complete and auditable. /li li Drive defect, concession and acceptance-action resolution with technical specialists and customers. /li li Deliver against contract baselines, manage scope and change, and provide robust impact assessments. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Proven leadership of complex infrastructure and platform projects across the full delivery lifecycle. /li li Ability to produce high-quality project artefacts in a matrix environment. /li li Advanced planning, scheduling, dependency, RAID, change and recovery-management capability. /li li Experience with requirements management, traceability, verification, testing and customer acceptance. /li li Strong financial and commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting and scope control. /li li Experience managing multiple concurrent deliveries and prioritising constrained resources. /li li Strong negotiation, influencing, conflict-resolution and written communication skills. /li li Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and suppliers without direct line authority. /li li Sound governance and assurance capability with auditable records. /li /ul ul li negotiation /li li resilience /li li clear communication /li li delivery lifecycle management /li li planning and scheduling /li li RAID management /li /ul
