Domestic and international Long Haul travel may be required.We are actively recruiting for a Project Lead/Manager who will work within our Fast Jet Integrated Project Team in Lincoln.What you'll bringInitiatives typically managed by Project Lead/Manager are:Support Risk Managers to identify contract risksAnalyze clients requirements during the bidding phaseEvaluate the contract requirements to evaluate technical and economical feasibilitySupport the IP manager in evaluating and defining the strategy for the management of the IP assets generated during the projects, including their eligibility for Tax rebate program (i.e. Patent Box)Define the High Level schedule based on contractual milestoneDefine the High Level budget based on contractual requirementsManage the advance provision activities to start purchasing processes in advance of the contract effective date (if needed)Identify the initiative cluster, based on Leonardo internal procedureRequest to create the Project/Program WBSOrganize the first project meeting to start the activitiesDefine the WBS structure, OBS and identification of the SoW to engage functionsDefine the forecasting configuration for items without contract associatedManage the advance provision activities to start purchasing processes in advance of the contract effective dateDefine the revenues plan and perform the creation into the company toolSupport the analysis of contractual requirementsDefine the product configurationSupport the definition of the Integrated Project ScheduleSupport the definition of the time-phased (cost planning) resources/material allocation and associated costsThis is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above.
