Leonardo.Ai is redefining what’s possible in AI-powered creativity. As our Head of Product, you’ll be at the heart of that mission. This role requires relocation to Australia to join the rest of our leadership team and be colocated with your team.
Working on the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll partner with the Chief Product Officer to shape AI features, drive the product roadmap across B2C and B2B, and lead the product function.
What you’ll do:
- Embed our customer‑led growth strategy by incorporating deep customer insights and engagement into product planning and prioritisation across your team.
- Collaborate with our C‑Suite on our product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, innovation opportunities and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Lead, mentor and grow a talented team across Product and Technical Project Management who work in a Tribe structure, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, productivity and excellence.
- Continuously analyse user feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.
- Build highly collaborative relationships with other leaders, primarily with the Engineering, Design and Marketing teams, aligning stakeholders around clear priorities and outcomes.
