This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing dynamic organisation. We are looking for a Junior HR Administrator to join our office on a part time basis, providing administrative support across HR and Payroll.

Requirements

  • At least 2 year’s experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, payroll or a related field
  • Experience of working with confidential information and maintaining discretion
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Flexible attitude with an ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A willingness to learn and develop within HR, payroll and talent acquisition disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
