Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working in a corporate department
- Demonstrable experience across all aspects of corporate law, particularly M&A transactions and corporate restructures and demergers.
- Strong attention to detail with well‑developed analytical skills
- Strong technical, drafting and negotiations skills
- Good client care skills
- Experience in supervising junior lawyers, trainees and paralegals
- Proactive attitude, team focused with an ability to work independently
- Commitment to high standards of service, professionalism and ethical conduct
Job Responsibilities
- Assist senior fee earners on large transactions and complex corporate reorganisation
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider corporate team on client matters
- Take ownership of discrete corporate matters with appropriate supervision
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their development
- Ensure junior team members have clear career development plans in place
- Actively contribute to business development and marketing activities
- Engage in client‑facing work and build strong client relationships
