We are looking for a Junior Insolvency Administrator to join our Gateshead office. Leonard Curtis is a market‑leading professional services provider operating across the UK. We support business owners and advisors with practical solutions and tailored advice in restructuring and insolvency, funding, law, and business services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage own caseload from inception to handover or closure (subject to level of experience).
  • Case types include creditors’ voluntary liquidations and administrations.
  • Drive case progression and maintain client case files.
  • Handle inbound and outbound emails and phone calls.
  • Draft and send correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients, creditors, and stakeholders, and attend client visits as required.
  • Report to a manager and work closely with senior case administrators.
  • Ensure correct application of corporate insolvency procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into the conduct of directors and the affairs of the company.
  • Achieve statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform additional ad‑hoc tasks and general office administration duties as required.
