We are looking for a Junior Insolvency Administrator to join our Gateshead office. Leonard Curtis is a market‑leading professional services provider operating across the UK. We support business owners and advisors with practical solutions and tailored advice in restructuring and insolvency, funding, law, and business services.
Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload from inception to handover or closure (subject to level of experience). Case types include creditors’ voluntary liquidations and administrations.
- Drive case progression and maintain client case files.
- Handle inbound and outbound emails and phone calls.
- Draft and send correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, creditors, and stakeholders, and attend client visits as required.
- Report to a manager and work closely with senior case administrators.
- Ensure correct application of corporate insolvency procedures.
- Conduct investigations into the conduct of directors and the affairs of the company.
- Achieve statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Perform additional ad‑hoc tasks and general office administration duties as required.
