Team Leader in Tonbridge

Full-time role 36 hours per week, position requires one sleep-in per week.

Shift patterns are long days of 07:00 – 19:30pm / 06:30am – 19:00pm and 10:00am – 22:30pm. Short days of 06:30am – 13:00pm / 13:00pm – 19:00pm and twilight shift of 16:00pm – 22:30pm.

From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday – 7am Monday). This does not apply to sleep-ins

As a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire you will become part of a fantastic team. You will provide effective supervision of a team of Support Workers, lead with passion and enthusiasm promoting positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.

You will ensure our customers receive the very best care, personal support and assistance with daily life tasks. Supporting our Person Centred approach, you will ensure maximum independence for our customers and helping them to achieve individual aspirations.
