*Night enhancement of £1.50 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am, Monday – Sunday (excluding sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour is paid from 7am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will join a fantastic team. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escorting and assisting residents around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Supporting our Person-Centred approach by encouraging independence and helping residents achieve their individual goals.
