Night Shifts – Full Time, 34.5 hours per week (3 Nights)

*Night enhancement of Β£1.50 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am, Monday – Sunday (excluding sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of Β£2.00 per hour is paid from 7am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar experience is desirable but not essential. We offer excellent training and induction programs for all staff!

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will join a fantastic team. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escorting and assisting residents around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • Supporting our Person-Centred approach by encouraging independence and helping residents achieve their individual goals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
