Full-time role available with shift patterns including long days (07:30am – 20:00pm / 19:30pm – 08:00am), short days (07:30am – 14:00pm and 13:30pm – 20:00pm), and 12-hour or 6-hour shifts.

Banstead Road is home to six adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. We are located close to Ewell village, Epsom, Kingston, and Sutton.

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will be part of a fantastic team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily life tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
• Escorting and assisting residents in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
• Supporting our Person-Centred approach by encouraging maximum independence and helping residents achieve their individual aspirations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
