The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
This is a home based role on a fixed term contract for 6 months. It is essential that you are able to attend our hub in Wolverhampton 1 to 2 days a week. There may be occasions where additional team meetings are required at one of our hubs.
The right candidate will be supporting our Estates surveyors to develop processes and tasks and to integrate these with the wider property team system and to ensure that all financial information is kept updated and accurate, ensuring that all spreadsheets and systems are managed and maintained with the correct information. To provide support to the Property Team to ensure that maintenance including compliance PPMs and remedials and buildings repairs are delivered within deadlines with a focus on excellent customer support.
Key responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications, to include telephone, email and face to face across all platforms β Teams is used daily for meetings and communications.
- Data Entry
- To monitor all systems and spreadsheets and update to ensure that information is accurate and up to date.
- Receiving and processing work
- To work closely and supportively with other team members and liaise effectively with other departments to ensure a coordinated and responsive service is provided.
- To carry out other duties, reasonably requested, which may be appropriate to the role.
Personal Specification:
Essential requirements:
- GCSE minimum grade C or above in English and preferred experience of working in property estates and Maintenance or help desk.
- Basic understanding of Property Compliance requirements (Fire, Water, Gas management).
- Basic understanding of estate management (leases, rents, tenancies).
- Experience of working in a reactive fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and work to tight and varying deadlines.
- To have empathy with the values and ethos of Leonard Cheshire.
