Your working hours: We offer occasional hours. You'll need to be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness. Typical shifts may include:
- Day shifts: 7:30am - 8pm, 7:30am - 2pm, 1:30pm - 8pm
- Night shifts: 7:30pm - 8am
We'll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

- Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What you'll do:
- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
- Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
- Administer and manage medicines safely
- Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
- Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
- Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
