About You

You'll bring significant experience within social care, healthcare or a related care environment, alongside a strong commercial understanding of occupancy and service growth. Knowledge of health and social care commissioning, funding pathways, self-funding arrangements and direct payments is advantageous. You'll also have:

  • Experience leading referrals, placements, occupancy, commissioning or business development functions.
  • Strong relationships with Local Authorities, NHS organisations, commissioners or other referral partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex data and producing meaningful management information.
  • Experience using CRM, occupancy management or database systems within a multi-site organisation.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset, combined with a proactive, results-focused approach.
  • Flexible to undertake ad hoc travel to Services.

Why Join Leonard Cheshire?

This is an opportunity to influence how people access life-changing care and support while helping shape the future growth of one of the UK's leading disability charities.
