A home, not just a service
The Leonard Cheshire Fife Day Services (GLAD) in Glenrothes provides dedicated, person-centered day support and care-at-home services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. It helps individuals build independent living skills and access the local community.
Your working hours
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 3.30pm.

What you'll do
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
- Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
- Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
- Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Step in to provide hands-on care and administer medication when needed
What helps you shine here
- Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
- A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)
- Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others
- Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on-call rota
