We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities, whether that’s celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.
Your working hours: Our Registered Nurses work 12-hour shifts, with day shifts running from 7:30am to 8:00pm and night shifts from 7:30pm to 8:00am. We also offer flexible options, including full-time, part-time, and half-day shifts. Half-day shift examples include: 7:30am to 2:00pm and 1:30pm to 8:00pm. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

- Pay enhancement: £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What you’ll do:
- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
- Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
- Administer and manage medicines safely
- Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
- Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
- Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
