Our St Teresa's service supports adults with physical disabilities. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities whether that's celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.
You’ll need to be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness. Shifts include:
- Night shifts: 7:30pm - 8:00am
- Day shifts: 7:30am - 1:30pm or 1:30pm - 8:00pm
We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

Responsibilities include:
- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
- Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
- Administer and manage medicines safely
- Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
- Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
- Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
