You will deliver a varied menu that is healthy and nutritionally balanced, meeting specific dietary requirements for residents in our care home. Within an agreed budget, you will be responsible for running an efficient kitchen, supervising staff assisting in food prep, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, complying with health and safety regulations.
