We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities. About Athol House:

Athol House is located in the heart of Crystal Palace and provides high-quality person-centred care for up to 21 disabled adults. Residents can make the most of life in South London and take advantage of our fully accessible facilities and beautiful gardens.

Working hours:

You will need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. Typical shifts may include:

  • Long day – 08:00 to 20:00 (11.5 paid hours)
  • Short day – 08:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 20:00 (6 hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
  • Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
  • Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
  • Keep clear, accurate records
  • Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms
