Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and deliver social and recreational activities that enhance daily living.
- Support customers to explore new hobbies, interests, and outings.
- Act as escort/driver for outings when required.
- Work with volunteers and other team members to ensure inclusive, person-centred experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing for each customer.
Qualifications
- Experience in activities or social care roles, supporting people with disabilities.
- Level 2 Activities qualification (or working towards) advantageous.
- Full, clean driving licence if driving is required.
- Flexible, creative, and compassionate approach.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Work Hours
This is an occasional hours role, with flexibility to work across weekends to cover holiday and sickness.
Pay
£12.82 per hour | Occasional Hours | St Cecilia's

Additional Information
Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
