A home with heart: Gloucestershire House is a residential service with nursing support in Cheltenham, and home for up to 30 disabled adults. We also provide supported living bungalows for up to six more people. Residents are deeply involved in the running of the entire service. You’ll find excellent facilities, a friendly and positive atmosphere and a beautiful local area.

Your working hours: Primarily working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - all supernumerary hours with expectation to cover nursing shifts when required.

About the role: As Deputy Manager Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Support the Service Manager and deputise in their absence
  • Provide effective leadership, management, and supervision for a team of nurses and care staff
  • Lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure a well-run, compliant, and person-centred service
  • Deliver high standards of nursing, clinical, and personal support
  • Promote independence, choice, and positive outcomes for residents
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and all statutory obligations
