The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Full time, 42.5 hours per week. Shifts are from 08:00- 20:30 and one shift doing either 08:00-14:30 or 14:00-20:30. We have two full time positions available.

Occasional/bank hours post is also available.

From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday – 7am Monday). This does not apply to sleep-ins

in the market town of Wetherby in West Yorkshire, is a home for 18 adults with physical disabilities.

We are located at- 16 Wharfedale Lawns, West Yorkshire, LS22 6PU. Please check the location before applying.

As a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire you will become part of a fantastic team. You will provide effective supervision of a team of Support Workers, lead with passion and enthusiasm promoting positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.

You will ensure our customers receive the very best care, personal support and assistance with daily life tasks. Supporting our Person Centred approach, you will ensure maximum independence for our customers and helping them to achieve individual aspirations.
