A kitchen with a purpose: Cossham Gardens is a modern, purpose-built care home located in the heart of Bristol, supporting people with disabilities to live life on their own terms. Here, your culinary skills directly contribute to residents’ wellbeing and enjoyment.

Your working hours: This is a part-time role of 6.5 hours per day, working weekdays from 07:30 – 14:30, with the possibility of occasional weekend shifts to cover annual leave or sickness.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver a varied, healthy, and nutritionally balanced menu, meeting specific dietary requirements
  • Run an efficient kitchen within budget
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff in food preparation
  • Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness in line with Health & Safety regulations
  • Get creative providing catering for events and special occasions
  • Make a positive impact on residents’ lives through your meals
