Our Services:
- At Glenrothes supported living, we support up to 12 customers within their own homes. We promote independence and community involvement by creating bespoke support packages based on the allocated hours of support for individuals.
- We support with various aspects of daily living activities as well as personal care in line with the needs of the people we support.
- Our day services are a building-based activities day service in Glenrothes. We offer and support people in a wide range of activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, baking, board games and IT. We also utilise local community-based activities such as bowling, swimming, shopping and attending the local disco.
- Our Care Homes services are a 24-hour service which supports 12 individuals with physical and learning disabilities. The individuals we support can participate in activities or outings tailored to their likes and interests.

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Assisting customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Promoting independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
- Keeping accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care.
