- Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
- A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)
- Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others

The Manor is a residential home which houses 22 residents with a variety of different disabilities and needs.
Located in the beautiful and rural town of Brampton in Huntington Cambridgeshire, the service is close to Hinchingbrooke Country Park and the local town centre where you can enjoy local pubs, Notcutts Garden Centre, cafes, and restaurants.
Your working hours
We offer part time hours, working two 12 hour shifts per week.
You will be required to work weekdays and alternate weekends on a rota basis.
We'll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the needs of the service and you.
