A home, not just a service

Springfield is a registered residential service in Bromley for adults with physical disabilities. It has four bungalows and six self-contained flats. The service supports people to live as independently as possible, helping people to maintain and build key life skills.

Your working hours

25 hours per week between the hours of 8am – 9pm. Shifts vary from 6 to 7.5 hours per day

Typical shifts may include:

8.00am – 4.00pm, 2.00pm – 9.00pm
You\’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota
