We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager who can lead, inspire and motivate a team to join our welcoming LEON Restaurant! Our Assistant Restaurant Managers work in collaboration with our General Managers to lead the team to success, and you are also responsible for managing the restaurant when the General Manager is not around.
You are a brand ambassador who plays a key part in ensuring each team member feels positive and each customer leaves feeling happy. You help drive results, increase profitability of the restaurant and support the team by getting stuck in with food preparation, store cleanliness and interacting with our loyal customers.
