Position Details:
- Schedule: 30 hours per week (Flexible between the hours of 5:30am and 10:30pm)
- Location: LEON, Manchester Piccadilly
- Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Big Warm Welcome
• Kick off shifts with energising team briefs
- Support managers with customer complaints
- Follow up on Secret Lover checks
Fast Food, Fast Service
• Keep roles covered and tasks on track
- Communicate with the kitchen team
- Manage stock levels to avoid shortages
Perfect Food, Every Time
• Check food quality and freshness daily
- Act on Secret Lover feedback
- Ensure food safety and support stock control
Magic Teamwork
• Partner with your Kitchen Supervisor
- Coach and develop Training Champions
- Support trial shifts and team chats
World\’s Cleanest Restaurants
• Maintain tidy counters, storage and team areas
- Apply FIFO in all food storage
- Drive \”clean as you go\” culture
Health & Food Safety
• Lead safety checks and cleaning routines
- Report faults and log incidents
- Support training and inductions
Financial Responsibilities
• Complete daily financial tasks
- Handle cash and bank deposits
- Update Daily Planet with takings
What are we looking for?
- A proven Training Champion with a strong track record of developing others
- A confident shift leader who leads by example and inspires great performance
- Prior experience in Food, QSR, or Hospitality environments
- Clear understanding of what it takes to run smooth, high-performing shifts
- Completion of kitchen and Supervisor training in your store
- Successful completion of a Supervisor observation
