Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes and step thru e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.

With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking sales professionals to join us as Warehouse Logistics Manager in London. The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Management and leadership of Leon Cycle warehouse and logistics operations in Europe and North America.
  • Business partner with Sales teams to ensure all domestic logistical issues and warehouse operations are running efficiently to support business sales growth.
  • Business partner with EU and North American Team to be up to date on all incoming stocks and inventory, ensure full utilization of warehouse space and ensure accurate inventory count, lead a team of warehouse/logistics specialists if needed.
  • Manage all inventory returns, escalate any critical returns/faults/product safety issues on a weekly and monthly report to global Supply Chain Director.
  • Manage any other adhoc operations duties related to Logistics & Warehouse when needed.

The ideal candidate should exhibit:

  • 5-8 years of Logistics & Warehouse management and support experience.
  • Previously worked for a retail/trading and/or E-Commerce business.
  • Strong leader mindset but with hands-on ability to also handle daily execution if needed.
  • Has worked in a small to mid-size business before who can multi-task.
