Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, EMTB, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes and step thru e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.
Currently we are hiring an Ecommerce Manager to join our team in London. As Ecommerce Manager you will be tasked with:
- Take part in the definition of the overall digital sales strategy for the UK and North America.
- Work hand in hand with the marketing team to drive organic traffic and develop sales.
- Constantly optimize online stores to maximize conversion rates and performance.
- Overall management of brands Leoncycle/NCM/ET/FOO websites in the UK and North America, Amazon and other local 3rd party E-Commerce platform stores such as planning, daily operations, advertising and promotions.
- Set up SEO to increase the online presence of our website.
- Set up digital marketing and sales campaigns through Google, Facebook and other mediums.
- Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance as needed.
- Follow the global strategy to position the brand as a top e-bike player in local countries.
- Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and stock forecasts.
Furthermore, you should have:
- 10 years of working experience in E-Commerce, sales or consumer goods or marketing.
- Experience working with an international brand.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Google, Facebook and other internet tools.
