Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes and step thru e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.
With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking a Global Brand Manager to join us based in London. The role of our Global Brand Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for global marketing team for all marketing and branding strategies for Leon Cycle and its brands (NCM, ET).
- Support as global marketing team consisting of brand marketing, digital, social, retail marketing, product marketing, marcom and copywriting.
- Partnering with the design team to confirm creative artworks and designs aligning with global brand image and brand vision.
- Work with marketing agencies and vendors and project manage their deliverables including but not limited to photoshoots, films, events, PR and exhibitions.
- Set up yearly marketing calendar and list of campaigns/events/roadshows and cycle shows, and project manage all marketing activities together with different country's marketing specialist.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when needed relating to marketing and branding.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing for a retail / consumer goods / sporting goods business with multiple entities and business operations spanning EU, APAC and North America.
- Experience in supporting marketing teams and spearheading global branding and marketing initiatives.
- Experience in managing marketing for commercial businesses both with online and digital / E-Commerce operations as well as brick & mortar operations.
- Experience working for a rapidly growing business.
- Experience in a marketing agency with either concentration in digital, branding, social, offline and events will be highly regarded.
- Expert in change management, hands on and comfortable working in a very stressful and frequently overtiming environment (due to time differences between countries).
- Able to manage across different regions and cultures.
