Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, and trekking e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.

With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking a Chinese speaking CEO Assistant based in global HQ London.

This role will require you to:

  • Report to the CEO, coordinate and support in local business operations issues from finance and accounting, supply chain, admin and some HR duties.
  • Weekly communications with UK/German/French/AU MD and CEO on sales and operational issues and topics.
  • Act as the coordinator between UK teams and Shanghai team for all requests and approvals/decisions which requires CEO to take part in and/or approve/sign for.
  • Collect sales data, update sales, finance and inventory reports, coordinate local operations with EU functional teams as and when needed and requested.
  • Represent HQ to ensure alignment of global SOPs and processes and policies.
  • Any special adhoc tasks as and when requested by the CEO regarding all operational matters locally.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Chinese Mandarin and English.
  • 5-8 years of working experience with a background in accounting knowledge and business operations, ideally in a trading or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent multi-tasking.
  • Hands on and expertise in ppt, excel and word.
  • Willingness to learn about business operations and be open to new skills and tasks.
