Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes and step thru e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide. With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking sales professionals to join us as Global Supply Chain Manager in London.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Management and leadership of Leon Cycle operations including but not limited to demand plan, warehouse and logistics and after-sales customer service operations.
- Business partner with BD Managers and Retail Managers across whole of Europe and North America to ensure all supply chain, domestic logistical issues and warehouse operations is running efficiently to support business sales growth.
- Business partner with team in Suzhou China to be up to date on all incoming stocks and inventory, ensure full utilization of warehouse space and ensure accurate inventory count, lead a team of warehouse/logistics specialist if needed.
- Build, mentor and lead a team of after-sales customer service support staff to tend to all customer enquiries from B2B (existing and new dealer enquiries), B2C (online E-Commerce and online website enquiries) to ensure 5 star ratings for all customer support and feedbacks.
- Build and establish SOPs and protocols for Customer Support team.
- Manage technicians and all inventory returns, escalate any critical returns/faults/product safety issues on a weekly and monthly report to CEO.
- Manage any other adhoc operations duties related to supply chain operations as and when needed.
The ideal candidate should exhibit:
- 8-12 years of operations management and support experience with supply chain, logistics, warehouse and after-sales customer support exposures.
- Previously worked for a retail / trading and/or E-Commerce business.
- Proven ability to lead a team of 2-3 staff.
- English and Chinese fluency.
- Ability to build, set up, direct and manage a team of operational staff spanning warehouse, logistics, customer support and administration.
- Strong leader mindset but with hands-on ability to also handle daily execution if needed.
- Has worked in a small to mid size business before who can multi-task.
