Accounts Receivable Specialist

Leon Cycle is seeking to appoint a Accounts Receivables Specialist, to be based in London global HQ.

This role will require you to:

• Partner with sales and commercial teams to ensure AR and collections are in a timely and efficient manner
• Draft and create AR aging reports and monthly consolidated AR outstanding reports to the Finance Director and Treasury Manager
• Frequently liaise with clients and customers on overdue invoices
• Monitor and ensure credit being given to long term customers are being strictly followed by sales and operations team
• Other adhoc responsibilities supporting the Treasury Manager in cash and cashflow management.

Requirements

• 3 years or more of accounting experience in accounts receivables and/or accounting capacity
• Strong confidence in communicating across all departments and also with external clients
• Ability to handle large volume of financial data via Excel spreadsheets, expert in Excel
• Able to work overtime due to time differences as this is a global scope
• Bachelor degree or above
