Leon Cycle is seeking to appoint an Accounts Receivable Accountant to be based in London global HQ. This role will require you to:
- Partner with sales and commercial teams to ensure AR and collections are in a timely and efficient manner
- Draft and create AR aging reports and monthly consolidated AR outstanding reports to the Finance Director and Treasury Manager
- Frequently liaise with clients and customers on overdue invoices
- Monitor and ensure credit being given to long term customers are being strictly followed by sales and operations team
- Ensure bookkeeping AR accuracy
- Other adhoc responsibilities supporting the Finance Director in cash and cashflow management.
Requirements:
- 3 years or more of accounting experience in accounts receivables and/or accounting capacity
- Strong confidence in communicating across all departments and also with external clients
- Ability to handle large volume of financial data via Excel spreadsheets, expert in Excel
- Able to work overtime due to time differences as this is a global scope
- Bachelor degree or above
