Leodis Stairlifts Ltd is seeking a passionate and motivated Surveyor / Salesperson to join our friendly, committed team and help convert surveys into sales. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced role, selling both new, reconditioned and rental stairlifts to our amazing customers. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys in both residential and commercial customer properties
- Convert those surveys into sales without using any kind of aggressive sales techniques
- Pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilise CRM systems thoroughly and comprehensively.
- Maximise profits by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, and add-on products.
- Present yourself smartly and professionally when dealing with customers and businesses.
- Carryout after sales calls to encourage customers to leave a review.
- Identify sales opportunities within your area (i.e., mobility/care shops who we offer a referral fee).
- To be part of the out of hours sales team on a rota system 1 in 4/5 weeks/weekend (on call payment paid).
About You:
- Enthusiastic and driven to exceed company and personal targets.
- Able to show empathy and tact when required
- Capable of quickly establishing and building rapport with customers.
- Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems.
- Highly motivated with clear personal goals.
- Stairlift sales experience is preferred but not essential as full product training will be provided.
- Occasional weekend availability when required
- We specialise in the installation, service and repair of stairlifts, tailored to our customer’s needs.
- All installations are prepared in-house, in our workshops located around the north,

Salary: Very competitive + commission / bonus

Pay: £35,000 -£40,000 per year starting salary (DOE) with excellent promotion and earning potential for the right person.
