We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives on combining creativity with systems, automation and performance tracking. This role is perfect for someone who understands both brand storytelling and technical marketing infrastructure — and knows how to connect the two seamlessly.
You'll lead campaigns from strategy to execution, build high-converting funnels, manage partnerships and ensure our messaging is consistent across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
- Plan, build and optimise campaigns from concept to reporting
- Own content planning calendars and campaign timelines
- Monitor performance and continuously improve results
- CRM, Systems & Automation
- Build and manage pipelines in GoHighLevel (or similar CRM)
- Set up automations, workflows and nurture sequences
- Create and optimise nurture trails that convert leads into customers
- Ensure proper lead tracking, tagging and reporting
- Use Zapier (or similar tools) to streamline systems and integrate platforms
- Email Marketing
- Write compelling email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Set up broadcasts, automations and segmentation
- Track open rates, click-through rates and conversions
- Continuously test and improve campaign performance
- Social Media & Paid Campaigns
- Create branded social posts and graphics using Canva
- Manage organic content across key platforms
- Plan, set up and optimise paid social campaigns
- Track performance metrics and refine targeting
- Partnerships & Activations
- Support and manage collaborations such as: Partnership activations, Competitions and promotional campaigns, LED board campaigns, Partnership content and co-branded marketing
- Ensure all external campaigns align with brand messaging and strategic goals
- Brand & Messaging
- Maintain consistent branding and tone of voice across all channels
- Ensure all content — social, email, paid, partnerships — feels cohesive
- Work closely with leadership to refine positioning and messaging
- Strong experience with Canva (social posts, branded graphics, campaign assets)
- Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM (pipelines, automations, nurture sequences)
- Confident with Zapier or other automation tools
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms
- Experience running and optimising paid social campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to structure CRM systems for scalability
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimise performance
- Experience managing collaborations and branded activations
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve marketing workflows
