Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's cross‑border trade financial operations, build China‑Singapore cross‑border financial control system, responsible for budgeting, cost accounting, capital and risk management.
- Lead cross‑border trade tax planning, proficient in China‑Singapore tax policies, handle cross‑border payment, foreign exchange risk and import & export tax affairs, optimize fiscal costs.
- Provide financial support for B2B/B2C sales business, including pricing calculation, credit evaluation, payment risk control and sales performance financial analysis.
- Compile financial statements and business reports, provide decision‑making data support; be responsible for tax declaration, audit and government financial disclosure.
- Manage the financial team, formulate standardized processes, and ensure efficient and compliant financial operation.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and Economics.
- At least 10 years of financial experience, over 5 years as Finance Director/Manager; cross‑border trade experience.
- Professional expertise in integrating Singapore’s local financial rules with multi‑country cross‑border trade finance full‑process operation, mastering the fiscal and tax docking points of Singapore and global cross‑border business.
- Rich experience in combining overall financial management with sales business financial support, able to provide targeted financial solutions for cross‑border trade sales business in Singapore.
