What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, from idea through to go-live.
  • Identify and partner with the right creators — balancing reach, relevance, and creative fit.
  • Lead outreach, briefing, and day-to-day management of creators and agents.
  • Work closely with creatives, strategists, and social teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Track performance and engagement, using insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Manage campaign logistics, including timelines, budgets, contracts, and finance tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with creators and help grow a trusted talent network.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in influencer, social, PR, or talent.
  • Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Confident managing campaigns and multiple moving parts at once.
  • Good creative judgement — you know what works in-feed (and what doesn’t).

  • Strong communicator with both internal teams and external talent.
  • Culturally plugged-in, curious, and excited by creators and internet culture.
