What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, from idea through to go-live
  • Identify and partner with the right creators — balancing reach, relevance, and creative fit

  • Work closely with creatives, strategists, and social teams to bring ideas to life
  • Track performance and engagement, using insights to optimise future campaigns
  • Manage campaign logistics, including timelines, budgets, contracts, and finance tracking
  • Build strong relationships with creators and help grow a trusted talent network

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in influencer, social, PR, or talent
  • Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Confident managing campaigns and multiple moving parts at once
  • Good creative judgement — you know what works in-feed (and what doesn’t)
