We’re looking for an Influencer Manager to help make that work best-in-class — culturally sharp, creatively strong, and native to platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, from idea through to go-live.
- Identify and partner with the right creators — balancing reach, relevance, and creative fit.
- Lead outreach, briefing, and day-to-day management of creators and agents.
- Work closely with creatives, strategists, and social teams to bring ideas to life.
- Track performance and engagement, using insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Manage campaign logistics, including timelines, budgets, contracts, and finance tracking.
- Build strong relationships with creators and help grow a trusted talent network.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in influencer, social, PR, or talent.
- Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Confident managing campaigns and multiple moving parts at once.
- Good creative judgement — you know what works in-feed (and what doesn’t).
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working at pace.
- Strong communicator with both internal teams and external talent.
