The Job:

• Job Title: UX Researcher
• Working Set‑Up: Hybrid working set‑up (office visits – London or Brighton – 1‑2 times per month)
• Salary: Up to £62,000 p/a
• Interview process: 3 stages

The Role:

One of our key clients, a rapidly scaling Healthcare and Pharma focused Digital Agency, is looking to make an important hire within their design team. We are looking to onboard a hybrid UX Strategist and Researcher! This role brings together hands‑on user research with strategic thinking. The core focus is bringing together user needs, business objectives, and clinical realities to guide experience strategy across core client accounts.

We expect you to lead studies with patients and HCPs, translate insights into clear direction for product and design teams, and generate 75% of your time as billable revenue for the department. You will be self‑sufficient, curious, and comfortable asking questions to dig beyond surface behaviour.

The Person:

• Health and/or pharma experience is essential. Please do not apply unless you are experienced within these sectors.
• Experience working in a digital agency or consultancy environment
• Experience conducting research with patients, GCPs or wider healthcare audiences
• Experience with moderated and unmoderated UX research methods
• Background analysing client materials
• Experience creating UX deliverables such as journey maps and personas
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Pharma regulatory knowledge is desirable
