Working Set-Up: Hybrid working set-up in Brighton (on average once per week in the office) – Candidates must be local

Salary: Β£39,000-Β£45,000 dependent on experience

The Role

We have partnered with a Digital Agency client to help them hire a Product Designer for their growing creative team. This is a mid-level role, in which you will play a key role in the design of key projects, working on client\’s products and services by solving complex problems that consider user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include updating and maintaining their well-established design system alongside other designers. You will be an advocate for the design system, its rules, and processes, effectively communicating its value to clients and external teams.

This position is perfect for an ambitious Product Designer who\’s experienced working in agency environments on a variety of design projects.

The Person

  • 3+ years\’ experience working in design
  • Experienced in workshops and brainstorming sessions
  • Figma Proficiency including design system components, responsive design, and prototyping
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry (or other highly regulated industries) is desirable
