Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into platform capabilities
- Own the technical solution throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing guidance to customer technical teams
- Design scalable integration solutions that maximise platform functionality without requiring core product customisation
- Technical Expertise & Platform Knowledge
- Act as the subject matter expert for the platform, providing both functional and technical guidance
- Support customers with API functionality, integrations and platform capabilities
- Maintain a strong understanding of system architecture, databases and software development best practices
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product teams to feed back feature requests, enhancements and customer requirements
- Stay up to date with new product functionality and the wider platform roadmap
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Workshops & Customer Engagement
- Lead functional and technical workshops with enterprise customers throughout project delivery
- Produce clear technical documentation and solution specifications
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and support commercial growth
What We're Looking For:

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong technical documentation and specification writing experience
- Experience facilitating customer workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Desirable
- Experience working within the retail and/or hospitality technology sector
- Knowledge of software security principles
