The Role: Leo Technology have partnered with a high growth scale-up to help them make a business critical hire. This company, who specialise in the eCommerce car-sales market, are on a mission to take their offering national (and beyond)! This is a digital-first role where you will be responsible for sitting at the top of the organisation, managing a team of 10 initially, with the goal of continuing to grow exponentially over the coming 12-24 months. Historically a commercial van dealership, this company are pushing the boundaries to become the go-to eCommerce market plans for vans, offering the end to end buying process within a matter of 'clicks'! While they have made some great traction over the past couple of years, they are now ready to appoint someone who can really push their growth to the next level. This is an AI-driven mission and we need someone at the helm who has experience growing eCommerce solutions (ideally within the automotive space). This role is heavily focused on growth - both for the company and the product. The right person for this position is a digital leader who is not afraid to get stuck in!
The Person:
- Significant experience working in a digitally focused role at a senior level
- Experience working in the automotive space is highly desirable
- Experience leading eCommerce growth initiatives
- People management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for AI and emerging technologies
