The Role:
One of our key clients, a rapidly scaling Healthcare and Pharma focused Digital Agency, are looking to make an important hire within their design team. Due to organic growth, they are now looking to onboard a hybrid UX Strategist and Researcher! For this role, we are looking for someone who is interested in combining hands-on user research with more strategic thinking. You will be someone who is curious and isn’t afraid to ask questions, setting yourself up to dig far beneath the surface of user behaviour. The core focus of this role will be bringing together user needs, business objectives, and clinical realities to guide experience strategy across core client accounts. This role is well suited to someone who is confident and self-sufficient in the running of studies with patients and HCPs. You will also be responsible for translating insights into clear direction for the product and design teams. This position is cross-functional and you will be part of a growing team - You will be expected to generate 75% of your time as billable revenue for the department.
