Role Overview:

Salary: Up to £53,000 p/a + discretionary 10% annual bonus

Location: Remote first - Note: Candidates must be UK-based

The Opportunity:

Our client, a leading SaaS business, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join its growing Delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a range of enterprise customers, playing a key role in the successful delivery of software implementations. Acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, you'll be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into scalable platform solutions while ensuring projects are delivered in line with best practice. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with Project Managers, Product, Delivery and Technical teams to ensure customers receive a seamless implementation experience. Alongside requirements gathering and solution design, you'll also support user acceptance testing, onboarding and ongoing customer engagement. This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with customers, solving business problems and delivering technology solutions that make a real impact.
