LEO School, an online international school based in the UK, is looking for a Chemistry KS3/KS4/A Level Teacher to join the growing team.
Requirements:
- Must have experience of teaching in the UK and strong knowledge of all areas of the British national curriculum (Cambridge exam board)
- Able to build a strong rapport with children and young people
- Able to work online and be comfortable with technology and online management systems
- Great interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills
- Desire to engage and inspire young learners
- Time management and organisational skills
- Must have DBS check
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Educated to Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject
- A teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
- Significant experience and willingness to integrate technology to improve teaching and learning
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured lessons via online platform and be fluent with online delivery using a range of online tools and resources
- Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for students' needs
- Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
- Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
