LEO School, a UK-based online international school, is looking for a Computer Science Teacher to join our growing team.
Please note: we are only considering applicants who are UK-based or hold a UK-recognised teaching qualification, and who already have experience teaching the Cambridge / British curriculum. Applications without relevant UK qualification or Cambridge/British curriculum experience will not be considered.
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Computer Science Teacher to deliver high-quality online lessons across KS3, IGCSE and A Level.
Essential requirements
- UK-based teacher or holder of a UK-recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience teaching the Cambridge / British curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science
- Experience teaching KS3 and IGCSE
- A Level Computer Science teaching experience is highly desirable
- Confidence in delivering lessons online
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- Confidence using online platforms and digital teaching tools
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well-structured online Computer Science lessons
- Teach in line with the Cambridge / British curriculum
- Plan, prepare and adapt lessons to meet students’ needs
- Support student progress through clear teaching, feedback, and academic monitoring
- Maintain high professional standards in communication and lesson delivery
- Keep up to date with curriculum developments and exam requirements
