Our London office is looking for a driven and commercially astute technology leader to join Leo Reg Tech Limited as Technology Officer, at Senior Associate level.
The successful candidate will act as the liaison between Management, the Tech team and the Product team, owning the product roadmap and sprint delivery, overseeing QA and the Leo Tech support desk, and driving forward Leo's use of AI and wider technology strategy.
The package includes a competitive salary (depending on experience), and after a qualifying period, there is an opportunity to benefit from group equity.
The chosen candidate will therefore oversee the creation and sign-off of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Content BRDs (CBRDs), maintain and monitor the roadmap development schedule, and coordinate the Tech team on the logistical development of software, in line with the broader vision of the company.
The candidate will be proficient in coding ideally React .
Net and MS platforms as well as Open AI and other LLMs and be able to supervise new functionalities but also bug fixes.
You will work closely with the Developers and report to the Chief Product Officer (CTO).
Beyond this, you will develop knowledge to support Leo's longer-term commercial and strategic objectives, including licensee and sub-licensee onboarding, after-sales client relations, patent applications, and R&D.

The Technology Officer will need to combine strong product management instincts with genuine commercial and people-management responsibility, overseeing the Tech and Product team's day-to-day delivery while contributing to Leo's longer-term strategic objectives.

The Role
- Product Roadmap & Delivery: Own and maintain the product roadmap and sprint planning process, monitoring progress against milestones and adjusting priorities to reflect changing business, developer capacity and client needs.
- Product Management & Enhancement: Proactively seek and integrate client feedback and market research into product development, designing detailed mock-ups and user flow diagrams in collaboration with the development team to ensure technical feasibility.
- BRD & Governance: Oversee the creation, review and sign-off of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Change BRDs (CBRDs), maintaining a detailed record of product updates and feedback iterations to ensure transparency and facilitate audits.
- QA & Client Support: Manage QA testing and the Leo Tech support desk, and ensure licensees and sub-licensees receive effective onboarding, training and ongoing support.
- AI & Innovation: Manage Leo's AI know-how and acceleration initiatives, and support the wider R&D agenda, including work towards patent applications.
- Commercial
Support: Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the software can be confidently sold, oversee licensee and sub-licensee onboarding, and manage after-sales client relations for Tech clients.
- Support and be engaged in some programming: Work with the developers on supporting development to ensure a deep know how of the tech and be able to lead its projects.

To join our team, you will have the following attributes
- Significant experience (typically 4+ years) in a product, technology or software delivery leadership role, ideally within financial services, regulatory compliance or B2B Saa S/Reg Tech.
- -A demonstrable track record of managing product roadmaps, sprint delivery and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
- -Experience overseeing QA processes, client onboarding and technical support functions.
- -Strong IT/technical proficiency, familiarity with AI tools, and a genuine, hands-on interest in software and technology solutions.
- -Experience contributing to or leading R&D initiatives, including intellectual property or patent processes, is a notable advantage.
- -A willingness to take ownership and operate with autonomy, while building toward further leadership responsibility.
