About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Bond Office Administrator to join a well-established warehouse operation based in RM20. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in import/export and customs processes within a warehouse environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with customs regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse operations through effective system management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage import and export documentation in line with customs regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC and warehouse customs procedures.
  • Operate and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Vision or similar internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate commodity codes and relevant tax codes.
  • Process goods-in and goods-out entries within the system.
  • Prepare duty/VAT calculations and related compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure correct documentation and stock control.
  • Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Follow and promote Health & Safety standards within the warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse import & export operations.
  • Experience in customs clearance procedures is essential.
  • GCSE qualification in Maths (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using Vision system or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience working within a warehouse environment is required.
  • Health & Safety awareness within warehouse operations is advantageous.
